Blaze wont connect with my Telstra Signature Enhanced (model LG-K500K)

Hi Community,

 

Ive recently purchased a FITBIT Blaze. I had to buy a new phone to connect with my FITBIT. The telstra shop offered me a Telstra Signature Enhanced (model LG-K500K) as a supported device.

Im having problems pairing the devive and syncing it. My phone can find the device but not always pair. When it does pair the app says it cannot sync to my FITBIT. Oh and the time wont update. Is this phone even compatible? I could not find it on the list unless it has a different name? Also ive checked my fitbit and phone and both have the latest software updates.

@paris321  If you are not seeing your device listed on https://www.fitbit.com/devices, then it has not been tested for full compatibility.  This could be the reason you are having difficulties in setting it up.

Hi, my Telstra Sony XP works perfectly with the Blaze and that is on Android V7, V6 worked as well, but V4.2.2 was abysmal.

This phone is not on the compatible list and all of my Fitbits pair and sync so maybe it is the OS.

 

Edit... Having WiFi on can occasionally cause issues like syncing.
