Blaze wont show active minutes?

My blaze is not showing active minutes since this morning. However it detected a walk. Can someone help how to get is counting active steps again ?

Did you already try restarting your tracker a few times as explained in this article? It can fix a whole lot of issues.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time with your tracker. I'd like to know, when you say that it's not showing active minutes, you mean that they don't appear on your display in the Today section or it doesn't show on the exercises once you sync them to your dashboard?

 

Have you tried @Esya's suggestion of restarting your tracker?

My "are you active"on my dashboard doesn't show the hourly red dots that show i've been active.
