Blaze wont show map or splits

My blaze used to show the map and splits but since the 4th of March it isn't. Any ideas?

Splits should be shown on the Blaze. Have you checked your settings to see if they are turned on. 

As for maps. these have never been shown on the Blaze, so I'm not sure what is being asked.

I have always had maps shown and yes I have checked my settings.

When it comes to the BlazrBlMaps are shown on the app after the walk/run has been finished and a sync of the tracker has happened. They have never been displayed on the Blaze itself. 

If you use the Fitbit app, not the Blaze, to record the route .Then yes there could be a map displayed on the app during the run. 

Im only trying to ascertain which process is used to record the run?

Apologies, I meant to say on the app the maps are not showing when I have started the exercise-walk function on the watch. Splits have also disappeared completely.

Have you checked to make sure the Blaze is connected to the phones GPS?

Yes I have. It always worked before. Everything is on and settings are
correct.
