Get a repair. Out of all posts I have answered to, none of them matched to yours. If I were you, I would straight up get a repair.

Same issue here. the blaze displays one red bar (almost out of juice) when on my wrist. Then, when walking, it dies minutes later. But when I place it in the charger, it displays a full battery. When synched, it displays a full battery. but, clearly it doesn't have a full battery or it would continue to record steps after going back on my wrist. I've tried everything suggested in this forum. Factory reset. Turning off bluetooth and turning it back on. Power off through the device menu. Nothing. I hope that someone from FitBit is reviewing this. I noticed that others got a response of "we have escalated this to support; you will get an email soon." And I hope that email is not just an offer to discount the purchase of a new device. That is what other posters said happened. Help!

@Nate_19 @tarheelfan @Tanmaybh I think that Keeping it in the charging cradle for 2 days and checking to see if its fully charged is a good idea. If for that long, it says its dead, get a repair or buy a newer fitbit.
