My blaze synced at 730am this morning, but hasnt since (now 9pm). My Samsung edge with though a pretty big update at around 8am.
ive have gone through the list of suggestions in the help topic... reinstalled the app, turned the phone on and off... everything but still wont sync... any ideas?

I'm having the same problem! My s7 edge and blaze havnt synced since 10pm last night!! Tried all the troubleshooting steps but no joy....help please!

i spoke with the help desk just now and got it fixes
here are the steps that worked for me
1) restart fitbit (hold left button and bottom right button for 15 sec - until fitbit logo shows)
2) on phone turn bluetooth off and restart phone
3) once back on turn bluetooth back on
4) go into fitbit app - select decives - select blaze.
then it synced for me

Thank you, mine finally synced this afternoon just by me restarting my phone, think there was a connection problem with my phone. Glad you're sorted too
