My Charge HR broke after 2 years so I bought a Blaze and have had nothing but trouble ever since. Firstly I cant sync with my A3 which I believe the software is not available yet. If I knew that before I would not have bought a Blaze. Secondly, I cant seem to sync with my laptop either which has Windows 10. Dongle is fitted laptop since I got this with the Charge HR. Fitbit app was installed when I first got Charge HR. Please help me to resolve this frustrating problem.
