Blaze wont sync...windows 10 pc only NOT ON A PHONE APP

Ive had my Blaze for 2+ years and now it wont sync...Ive done all the trouble shooting to no avail...this is so aggrevating to me. Everything works..all info, keeping track of steps, just cant sync.

I am having the same issue with my Android phone. I have not had a problem with synching until 4 days ago. Went through all the troubleshooting steps early morning yesterday and synching was fine until 10:25 AM. Now it won't sych with my phone. How annoying!
