I got a fitbit blaze yesterday (My surge stopped working, so I got a blaze).
My htc 8 phone shows 71 steps (probably from when I synced to my pc this morning).
If I tell it it sync now, it spins and spins and spins.
Bluetooth shows a connection.
I've tried with both "background sync" on and not on.
I've tried restarting the phone.
I"ve turned bluetooth on and off, and reconnected with bluetooth.
No matter what I can't get it to change off of (as of now) "Last synced about 3 hours ago."
I had the same problem with the Surge, but I eventually just gave up trying.

It's great to see you around @badchess. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing with your phone, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should sync without a problem.
