Blaze wont turn on if its off the charger

My blaze won't turn on if it's not charging, but on the charger it says 100%. Also when its on the charger, it shows horizontal lines on the screen. I havent used my blaze in a while, I'm not sure if that affects it somehow.

I've been facing the same issue for my Blaze. It works when plugged in to charge but doesn't turn on otherwise.

 I'd really appreciate if someone could tell us the solution or where to get the watch repaired as there are no service centres apparently.

Yeah, I got a fix. The fix is to buy a new one.
Too bad, so sad, but I would think you are all out of warranty as I.
I told them to pound salt, and I left.
