Blaze wont turn on

My daughter has fully charged her fitbit blaze although it won't switch on.

 

I've tried holding left button and bottom right buttons but it doesn't make any difference.

 

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Started 3 days ago.  Fully charged but will not turn on, reboot, restart, or anything.

First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. Now, are the trackers illuminating at the moment of placing them into the cradle? In the meantime, please confirm these are the steps you already tried:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
