So I have a droid turbo 2 initially I had no issues with the connectivity between the blaze and my phone but then had issues with the old one and had the phone replaced.
Reloaded app on new phone the blaze will connect with the app but i have lost any functionality with connecting to GPS and probably some other things that I haven't figured out yet. For instance if I go to exercise and click run it attempts to connect with the blaze and i get error message "check fitbit app"
So since then i have done the following:
- reset both the fitbit and phone
- re-paired the device with bluetooth
- deleted app and reinstalled
- told the app that i was replacing my blaze to run through initial startup again
- again reset both phone and blaze.
- gave the fitbit all permissions in the settings for apps on my phone
Ive only had the blaze a week and may look to see if I can return it if I am unable to fix this issue, which is upsetting because I was initially very happy with it.

GPS was set to save battery mode - not high accuracy. This fixed the issue right away.
