Hi everyone I just got a blaze and I am so disappointed to see it not working, when it is put to charge I can see the display, once it is removed from the charging it is dead. Did any one else face this problem? Or am I the only unlucky one

Have you tried a restart?
Do it at least 3 times.

If so then I would take it back to where you got it and exchange it.
