My Blaze functions properly when still on charger, but goes blank and will not turn on when taken off the charger. I've never had any battery issues with this tracker. I've tried restarting, but no luck.

I'm sorry for the delay in my response. Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze behavior, as well for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried, including the restart. If you've not done so, please check the following suggestions:
1. Clean the gold contacts on the device and charging cable with a toothbrush and rubbing alcohol.
2. Charge your device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified adapter into the wall.
3. Don't use USB-hubs and in case of a computer, make sure it's not in sleep mode.
