Blaze wrist placement

I understand recommended wrist placement whilst exercising, however I have a question:

- During heavy exercise I perspire a lot. If I move the Blaze up my arm, 3 fingers, the sweat causes the Blaze to slide down my arm, where it is then very lose. In my case, what is the best wrist placement to gain the most overall, accurate results?

Many thanks!

Hi there @LGH1195. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

What we recommend is to have the tracker higher on your arm while exercising as you describe, but, I would recommend tightening it a little to prevent it from sliding down.

If that doesn't work for you, I'd say it will  be just matter of trying on different locations. Some users have tried wearing their trackers on their ankles or on the wrist but on the inside with good results.

Let me know if you need anything else!
