My sons wristband broke too and he lost his Fitbit somewhere in the Park but the other part was still on his wrist.  Fitbit does not seem to care about this defective product.  He has photos to show but no one cared to see them.  They offered 25% off to rebuy another one.  Really Fitbit?  Done!
