Blaze wristband broken

I have been a Fitbit user/customer for just under 2 years now, I started off with a Charge HR which I really liked but the strap kept on breaking. Eventually Fitbit gave me an Alta as a replacement. I preferred the styling although the features (altimeter) were different I moved on. Again after a couple of months the strap broke again! Instead of asking Fitbit to replace the obviously terrible straps I bought a replacement of eBay at my own cost! Which is still working. After some time I passed the Alta to my daughter and purchased a Blaze as I wanted the extra features. I now find the strap has broken! What is going on Fitbit? Why are your products so bad? I really want to continue but I feel compelled to ask for a refund on both the Alta and the Blaze?
