Blazer Notification service is blank after recent update

Can You help me to get notifications working again? After the recent update, i can't set preferences for any notifications. When I enable notifications I can't make any choices( I don't get the list as shown in the Notification help post). Before the update I had call and whatsapp notifications. My Blaze is connected with my Motorola Moto g4.

Try clearing the cache in the settings/apps/fitbit screen. If that does not work. Try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and then re-installing the app.
