Bluetooth rejected pairing of Fitbit Blaze

Got my fit bit blaze yesterday charged all night still showing fitbit.com/setup on screen and when go in app to set it up its says blaze has rejected pairing through Bluetooth it can't be my Bluetooth as it has paired with the wifes alta fitbit any ideas please

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not pairing with your phone 😕

 

First, I would recommend making sure that the phone you're using is a compatible device. For this, you can check this list of compatible devices.

 

Once you've checked this, try to restart your Blaze. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, you can try to set up your Blaze again and see if it goes through. Make sure you're doing it from within the app and not from the bluetooth settings on your phone and also just to be sure, take your wife's Alta away while pairing the Blaze to make sure there will be no interruption.
