Hello may fit screen keeps showing red stating that my Bluetooth is not on.... however my Bluetooth is connected and shows that my blaze is connected but on the Fitbit screen it is stated that it is not therefore will not sync

Hello @Tarobin, with 4 different Fitbit apps, may i ask which device the Fitbit app is running on? Would you also be able to provide a screen shot?

Hi thank you for get back with me, I think I figured it out I have the iPhone 7 with the Fitbit app and just did an upgrade.... once I turned off the phone it adjusted
