After 6 weeks of using my Blaze with no problems it stopped connecting with my phone. went through all the troublesooting tips and eventually 'forgot the Blaze' on iphone to then reconnect. Now bluetooth is not picking up my Blaze at all.
Tried to reset up on my Imac and no joy there either even when rebooted and connected with the Blaze lead.......so am not unable to cnnect to my Blaze via iphone or imac, so useless
am at a loss and I am used to troublehsooting Fitbit's, this has foxed me though and about to ask for Blaze to be replaced

If you've already tried to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds until your tracker reboots and this has not helped, it sounds like you've tried everything else. If that's the case, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team for them to take a deeper look and help you out with this. They'll be happy to get you back on track!
