I bought my fitbit blaze less than 24 hours ago with serious issues. First it took forever to get the charger to work but that finally did. I went to bed, battery was full..woke up and it wouldn't wake up with me. I tapped the screen repeatedly for 30 seconds, nothing. I put it in the charger, it turned on, said battery was full. Put it back on the wristband and on me, again didn't turn on. Put it in charger, said battery was dead. 2 mins later said was full, put it back on me...wouldnt turn on. Why did I pay almost 200 for a device that worked for 10 minutes? Please don't tell me to restart it because I can't do that since it won't work outside of the charger.

Exchange it for a new one. Defects do get out sometimes.....
