Blaze is under a year old. Bpm/ heart rate not working. Seriously...? Is this whole thing a waste of money.

@DanDelgado may we hsve a little more detail about what not working means?
Have you tried a restart of the tracker yet. Http://help.fitbit.com^?q=restart
Are the Heart Rate lights flashing?
In the settings on the Blaze, is Heart rate set for auto or on? Have you tried both settings?
Does thd heart rate show up on the tracker snd not the app or web site.

Still no response from Fit Bit support - was told by the telephone support
that I would receive email support in a " few day".. no email support -
doesn't seem very professional or supportive. Not sure what my recourse is.
