To start off, yes, I have tried cycling the heart rate option to off, auto, and on numerous times. I did it on my phone, on my pc... I removed it from my account. I restarted it, multiple times. Nothing works to make the heart rate sensor work. I literally just got this today and the green lights have never come on.
Needless to say, I am extermely disappointed....
I need a soution.
Thanks.

It's great to see you here @SunsetRunner. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your heart rate sensor is not working, I recommend restarting your Blaze and after the restart process, please confirm that you have it on "On" or "Auto".
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

So when I say I have restarted it multiple times, does that not tell you that I have done that already?
When I say I have switched it between Off, Auto and On multiple times, does that not tell you that I have done that as well?
No, it doesn't help. The outcome is the exact same....
I have a strong feeling this has something to do with the update. If not, then you all sent me bad hardware.
