Brand New Blaze - no power out of the box

Hello everyone,

Been bought a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas, wanted to charge it up in preparation for Xmas Day.

the product just seems dead - it's in the cradle now but nothing on the screen.

It briefly had the fitbit logo on the screen but that has disappeaqred and I have nothing.

Please help ?!?

If it is in the charger you should see a logo when first plaything in. The logo should close and the screen turn dark in 5 seconds. Tapping the tracker may turn the display back on. Removing the tracker should turn the display on.

Looks like it's faulty then.
