Brand New Blaze won't charge

My family bought this for Father's day. Right out of the box, it won't charge so the setup won't continue. Tried all available USB ports on 2 desktop computers, 2 laptops and 2 wall outlet USB ports thinking that it might be sensitive on the USB power output. No joy!

 

Forum is not helpful too as we tried all suggested fix on the forum. Returning the item and putting X on all Fitbit products. Very disappointing!

Welcome to the forums!

 

When out of the box you will not see it charging until it set up. Let it charge for a couple hours and then set it up

Did that. All possible solutions on there and youtube videos about the problem didn't help. Returning the crappy product is the only solution I think. If there's something else that's not on the Help Site. I'd gladly look at it and try.

Since you tried all the possible mentioned options, @keitarosan what was the response when contacting Fitbit?
