Brand New Blaze

Out of the box and getting things started.  I am able to get it to sync with my phone/app.  It will not update because the battery is too low.  I've got the Blaze in the charger but it does not appear to be charging.  

 

On the screen is the fitbit symbol and fitbit.com/setup.

 

Any ideas?

What is the charger plugged into,  did you feel a vibration when plugging it in?  That will be the only sign of it charging
