Hi I bought a brand new Blaze 3 weeks ago and I’ve had to charge it 5 times since then. My husband who got a new blaze the same day is getting about a week out of his. I have turned off all notifications and auto cues but it still isn’t lasting. Can you please assist me with this problem

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not holding a charge for too long, or for more than 2-3 days.The battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary.
Before considering other options, please make sure that you've exhausted all the troubleshooting steps provided in this article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?
Also, try performing a restart procedure as described here and check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
