Brand new Blaze not charging

Iv just taken blaze out the box trying to charge an the battery does not display. Only turns on for couple seconds an shows the logo with fitbit.com/setup, tried to reset buy no luck? What am i doing wrong

@Monique85  You need to set up your tracker.  Here is a link to the user guide to help with that.
