Brand new Blaze won't turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I received my new blaze this morning. It works while charging but as soon as it is removed from the stand, it doesn't work. The screen will not even come on. The battery is fully charged. Tried the restart, nothing happens (no icons, symbols, etc.)

I am having the same issue.  Tried the left and bottom right button reset.  Nothing happens. A friend has a Blaze, she has green lights on the back that are not active on my device.

Suggestions!?!

I am having the same issue. I have tried the restart and nothing happens.  No logos, symbols, lights, etc.

I would really like to resolve the problem ASAP since I am leaving for business meetings and then vacation.

would send it back to the retailer for exchange. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Did you get it fully set up?

Also doing the restart at least 3 times helps.

My friend just received his yesterday and it did the exact same thing. He contacted tech support and they are sending him out another one.

After removing it from its charger, pressing any button or tapping a screen doesn't cause the screen to turn on? It should be showing the http://www.fitbit.com/setup message.
