Brand new FitBit Blaze won't work outside of charger

Hi, I have just received a brand new FB Blaze - I have run through the set up as I have had prev. FBs. The Blaze wont hold charge outside of the charger. As soon as it's in the charger its working perfectly however as soon as it is removed to slot into the band it is dead and lifeless. 

 

Hard reset does not work.


Seeking assistance please.

Have you tried a different USB port?

 

If so then I would return it to where ever you got it or Contact Support. See Help link at eh top of the board.
