So, I have just bought a brand new fitbit blaze came home and opened it. I have been charging it since 8p.m. and currently its 10:31p.m. I do not see a battery icon on my fitbit. It just states fitbit.com/setup. I can't sync it with my phone because of low battery. Does anyone know how to fix this? or is it even working?
I hope someone knows how to fix it, since I do not want to go back to the store to return/exchange.

I bought a new blaze yesterday and while there was enough charge to setup the watch I couldn’t recharge the battery. On investigation of the charger, I noticed that one of the spring loaded charging pins was pushed into the back of the charger and, therefore not connecting to the watch. I immediately took the watch back and exchanged it. The watch now works perfectly.
