"Clock Error" message

I charged it, synced it, but all it will say is "clock error" no matter what clock face I choose. I can't restart it or turn it off. It won't do anything but vibrate. I tried deleting it from my phone and reinstalling it as a new device, as I saw in another forum but now my phone won't even recognize it. So I'm pretty sure I just bought an expensive a paper weight. Smiley Mad
