Brand new blaze not charging.

I just received my new Blaze and after charging several hours it still says no battery. I can't get it past the setup screen to tell if its charging. I've tried reset and unpairing from my android phone. I've never had so many problems with a new electronic. This is my first fitbit product so I hope I'm just missing something.

@TimMac and @Sonuinu until the tracker is setup you will only see the setup message and there will not be any indication of the tracker charging other than the short vibration when plugging it in. 

 

Normally I plug the tracker on to charge then start the the setup process.

The blaze watch is not charging or not even turn on, is completely dead, doesn’t do anything

Well ten @Sonuinuthat is a different problem then not getting past the setup. 

Are you plugged into your phones wall charger and did otivibrate when first plugged in? How long has it Ben plugged in? 

If so and the display is now dead. Have you contacted Fitbit,
