Did you mean:

Brand new blaze- not charging !

Hi

Brand new blaze, straight out of box.

Set up app on phone, all fine.

Set up screen on blaze and seems to sync with phone. But blaze stuck on set up screen.

Reset blaze and plugged into charger, PC seems to 'see' charger but battery indicator light not appearing on blaze and unit stuck on set up screen, phone indicates battery low... tried all options perhaps its a  faulty charger ?

Thanks Gary

Have you tried a different USB port?

If so then I would take it back to where ever you got it and exchange it.

@garycfc1 your comment about the Blaze stuck on the setup screen, I'll assume you see the www.fitbit.com/setup this tells me that the Blaze has not finished the setup process yet.

Hi all @garycfc1 @Rich_Laue @WendyB 🙂 Good to see you around!

@garycfc1, I agree with @Rich_Laue. Whenever you've not completely set up your tracker and you put it to charge, the charging icon will not appear until the setup process is completed. I'd say you can have it plugged while the setup process takes place and once it has completed, you will see the battery indicator when it's charging.

If it doesn't go through after several tries, feel free to take it back to the store as @WendyB suggested or get in touch with the Support Team who will be happy to help you out with this.
