I bought 2 Blaze's . I am so
irritated. BOTH bands broke in the sme
spot. Right where it meets the steel bracket. It can't be fixed. I
ordered new bands on Amazon but these things are not
cheap
and the bands they come with should hold up
longer than a year

If it has been less than a year since you purchased your Fitbit, you can contact Fitbit support and they should replace the band for you, I had this happen too and they replaced it. Good luck!

Really Disappointed with my Blaze band, both sides are coming away from the mounts, had the Fitbit blaze since Feb 17 and only wear it for walking monitoring. Seeing so many other posts the same shows it is a design fault, really hope any replacement I get lasts longer than the one that came with the watch but having read other posts it looks like the design fault has not been rectified, just replacing straps until the warranty expires. Waiting for a response from Support at the moment. Have to say I have purchased watches a tenth of the price of the Fitbit Blaze and not had such a failure of the strap 😞
