I just bought my husband a Blaze and received it May 27. I was disappointed with the limited clock faces and features compared to my Versa. I had no idea that an item I just bought was about to be discontinued and no longer supported. I bought him the Blaze because it looked larger and more "manly" than the Versa. We have been using Fitbit products (alta) for years with no issues. Today he came in the house with a cracked screen. I have covered it with a screen protector in hope that it will still be usable, since I read in the forum that it is not covered by the warranty. These are considered a large purchase for us. I can't express how disappointed I am that I spent my money on an obsolete device.

Where did you buy it? Fitbit stopped selling the Blaze a few months before the Versa came out. Can you take it back?
