After latest update from FitBit Friday evening, buttons on the right hand side do not respond after update had finished.
Can no longer "snooze" or cancel alarms. Cannot even reset watch to try resolve this. Have tried another watch strap and holder, same result. Absolutely livid at this half baked update, even more so as they no addressed the time sync issue after device has ben switched off. Now got to wait until Support line opens to see what I can do to resolve this. Had hoped to run this device to it natural end but appears Fitbit have done this for me. Absolutely fuming.

It's great to see you around @Kotli. If your Blaze buttons are not working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. After these steps, restart your tracker.
Let me know the outcome.

Re your suggestions, the bands and cradle (I have more than one) and pebble are cleaned every week, and are reasonably clean. device does not work despite change of bands and cradle. You can clearly see there is not visual notifications on screen of the semi-circles to indicate that button are pressed.
This issue arose since I received the update on Friday evening. In the past when I have received updates on the Blaze I always reset the watch as a precautionary measure, when I was unable to reset watch after update that is when I noticed the fault. Unfortunately support line has closed then.
