For you brainiacs out there. 12,5000 = 5 miles for me. How do I figure out my stride length?

When i feel lazy i go to  https://www.walkingwithattitude.com/fitness-tools/stride-length

Put on 125000 and 5 miles amd see that my average step is 3 inches.

Something is wrong here,  did you mean 12,500 steps?  Then it would be a stride of 25 inches.

The math 5280 (feet in mile) X 12(inches) X 5 (miles) ÷ 12500 (steps) = Stride in inches

I decoded to do the math,  it is a stride of 25.344 Inches, 25 is close enough.

You will fond that this number will vary depending on how you feel,  bough membranous and physically.  As your pace changes torii notice your stride will also.

Yes I have noticed that over the last year. I have hardware in my ankle and I used to do 5 miles in a little over 10,000 steps but arthritis has gotten worse so my pace has slowed down unfortunately. I appreciate your help.
