Hi there @Dean69. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your notifications not coming through. I'd like to know... were they working fine before and stopped working or you've never been able to get them to work?

In either case, I'd recommend restarting your tracker and turning the Bluetooth on your phone off and back on. To restart your tracker, press the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

If you've been able to get notifications to work before, go to the Bluetooth settings and here, look for the Blaze. Tap on it, hit the "Forget this device" option and then go to the Fitbit app, tap on the icon of the Blaze at the top left corner and then go to Notifications. Enable them, it will request to pair the tracker for notifications, just agree to it and notifications should be working on your Blaze after that.

Also, Make sure that your iPhone is a compatible device.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
