My Fitbit says I burn about 1400 calories a day and about 1600 when I exercise and workout. I average 2.5 miles a day walking around at work and run two miles three times a week and lift weights three times a week. My I need to lose 7 lbs but there's no way I burn that little calories?!

But we have no idea if you weigh 70 pounds or 300, or your age or sex, all which all go into determining your BMR (basal metabolic rate) daily calorie burn.  Look at your calorie burn chart overnight while asleep to get an idea of your BMR, and/or check an on-line calculator.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I'm 35 F, 5'4 and 127 lbs. Online calculator estimated my lazy days I should be burning 1800 a day.
