Calories and active minutes are deleted after sync

Since the database update this morning, it seems that when I sync to my phone I lose a whole load of calories, at one point it went from showing 1040 on the screen and dropped to 750 on the app, which then altered the watch face. This has happened at least 4 times today, the same thing has happened with the active minutes, yet the steps have stayed the same?! Any ideas? Have tried restarting watch and phone but it didn't fix it.

Hi @Claireme78, welcome to the Community Forums! My apologies for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for your post and for troubleshooting this situation before posting, seems odd that the calories and active minutes amount are deleted when you sync your device. To better assist you with this uncommon situation, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Blaze? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
