Hello,

I just completed a workout and my watch had the calories burned at 300 but when I look on  my dashboard, it's only 150 burned. What gives?!?

A warm welcome to the Community @Littlelifter. It's weird to hear that you are receiving that amount of calories, where are you seeing this information? Could you please provide me with a screenshot of it? Are you manually logging any type of activity? Are you verifying that your tracker is syncing properly?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I have certain activities in the exercise shortcuts so I choose them on my watch. I completed a kickboxing class and the watch said I burned 300 calories but when I checked the dashboard, it only said 169. I tried syncing my watch several times and even logged out of the app. IMG_2490.PNG

Thanks for the information @Littlelifter and for the screenshot. Could you please do the following from a computer:

  1. Click the "Log" option
  2. Click Activities
  3. Search for your exercise

There you will be able to see that your information should match.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
