Just did a workout and my blaze says I burned 274 calories but when it syncs to the app on my phone it show only 269. Why is this happening?

A warm welcome to the Community @ashowers36. It's pretty weird what's happening as it should show you the same calories burned that it did at the beginning. Please provide me with the following details:

- What kind of exercise were you doing?

- Has this happened again?

- Do you have a screenshot of the exercise you did?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello,

I was doing a workout exercise and it happened at least 2 times that I know
of. I have attached screen shots of my blaze reading and of what the app
shows after syncing. The app shows 273 as of today for that work out now so
not sure what is going on. It still doesn't match what the blaze had
although it is closer than before.

Thanks for coming back @ashowers36! It looks like the images weren't attached. I would like you to make sure you've followed these steps to add an image to your post, sounds pretty weird that the data changed after you synced your Blaze.

Same is happening to me. Also a blaze owner. Did a workout this morning.. watch said 260 calorie burn..phone app says 250.

Happens every day.  Pretty annoying. Also I can do a 1 hour workout and the app only has me active for 49 min... really!!? When heartrate is over 100?

Welcome to the Community @ikidnas. I would like you to provide me with a screenshot of the data that you're getting as this shouldn't be happening. Once, your Blaze tracked the data it shouldn't change.

Keep me posted.

I'm having the same issue. I do alot of hiit and strength workout. Today was a 1000 calorie workout with hiit, abs, and weights. My blaze reported 1000 calories but the app says 263. It matters when it transfers into myfitnesspal.
