Calories burned keeps reducing throughout day

I've had my Fitbit blaze for 2 days and both days it has recorded my burned calories strangely. At one point in the day I'll reach a peak amount of calories burned and then as the rest of the day goes on the amount of calories I burned reduces. For example today at one point it said I burned 2224 calories. Now when I check it it says I've only burned 2134 calories. How can I unburn calories??

Hi, @Chuchuboogie! I've been a Fitbit user for about 2 years now and here is how I've seen that work.  Fitbit will estimate your calorie burn for the day based on the amount of activity you have.  So, for instance, if you work out in the morning, it may estimate your calorie burn for the day high, assuming you are going to keep up that rate of calorie burn per minute.  However, if you then spend the rest of your day mostly stationary or not as active, it will lower this estimated average calorie burn per minute, the more you sit around.

I hope that helps!
