Hello. Will I still lose weight if I took in less calories than I burned but was over my budget? For example, let's say my budget is 500 deficit. Today I at 2500 calories and burned 2700. Will I still lose weight?

When there's a deficit, there's weight loss. However mind if logging foods, foods in packages can contain up to 25% more or less calories legally. When logging, possible to log a bit more to ensure being in a deficit, if the deficit is to small, could eated on maintenance otherwise instead..

Tip: Never eat until stuffed but until comfortably satisfied, if feeling stuffed that's a signal from the body eated to much Cat Wink
