So I have set up a target of 1500cals. Cals out is over 2000 & Cals in is less than target cals but it tells me I’m over?? Why?

A warm welcome to the Community @BERC81.

Regarding your calories in vs out inquiry, I recommend taking a look at the How do I track my food with Fitbit? article, where you will be able to see more information about how this option works.

I hope this helps, catch you later. Woman Happy

Unfortunately none of this answered my question but confirmed there is an error occurring. It should not be telling me I’m over my calories when I have burned more than I have consumed & I have not consumed my daily target?

Thanks for the update @BERC81.

Could you please provide me with some screenshots about the issue you are seeing by following the instructions provided in this post? Also, are you logging your exercises and food?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

Thanks for the screenshot @BERC81.

Have you tried to change your weight goal again? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by doing the following from the Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.).
  2. Under Goals, find Nutrition & Body.
  3. Change your goal as desired. To delete the goal, tap the three dots icon and tap Remove Weight Goal.

After this, you should be able to see the amount of calories you set.

Let me know the outcome. Man Happy
