Hey there @Leet18. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I  can explain this for you.

The reason why you see calories is because your dashboard and tracker calculate two types of calories. Basal calories which are the ones that you burn basically just for being alive and activity calories.

As I mentioned above, the basal calories are accounted just for vital body functions as your heart beating, your lungs breathing, your braing working and in general, for your body just to function and being alive. That is why you will also see that whenever you wake up in the morning, you will have already burned calories and this is because since your tracker restarts to zero at midnight and starts counting everthing from there, you have burned based on your profile (height, weight, gender, etc.) that amount of calories up til the moment you wake up. Now, as soon as you get up and start being active, your tracker will start counting your activity calories which are the ones for you moving around, running, walking or just doing daily stuff.

This is nothing to worry about because your dashboard will show all that past information as you have at least burned those calories in the past days but now that you have your tracker, your calorie count will be more accurate as you wear it.

Hope this helps. Anything else, I'm always around! 🙂

Mine is doing the same thing. I put it on every morning and it says I already burned 400+ calories...

What if you don't wear it when you work out? Mine sits on my night stand but it reads 400+ calories burned when I put it on.

I meant. What if you only wear it when you work out?

Thankyou for your reply.

I have also noticed there is calories burned history on my dashboard going right back to 2015.

How is this possible when i only purchased the item 3 weeks ago and have not been happy with it.
