Can Blaze warn you at certain heart rate ?

Hey, I bought a Blaze and syncronized it with Umi Plus E, android device, and I wonder if during the day or even during exercises it can warn you (vibrate) when you reached a target heart rate (140 bpm for exemple). Is it possible ?
