Welcome to the forums!
No its not they all come with the band.
Do you have a problem with your other one. If they send out a replacement its just the pebble.

Thanks for the quick reply!
I bought this from my friend because she purchased the Apple Watch. I actually lost the the pebble insert itself. I had it in the charger cord and I believe after I disconnected it from the computer it fell out.

@SunsetRunnerThen it could be near by. Use this article and maybe you can find it if the battery is not dead
If you buy it on EBay it will not be covered under warranty. They are not an approved retailer

Hey @SunsetRunner and @derail, welcome to the Forums! And @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
@SunsetRunner if you have lost your Blaze, I recommend taking a look at the I Lost My Fitbit Tracker post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, I recommend checking this page where you will be able to see our authorized retailers since as mentioned eBay isn't one of them and see our warranty policy too.
See you around.

it's because of this reason right here that i no longer use your product
you sell something that has a glass screen and can break, and you refuse to sell JUST the part that breaks
oh sure youll sell new bands all day, but say you take a nasty fall and your screen shatters, your solution is to sell someone a whole brand new unit. for 25% off. you realize how ridiculous this is?
sorry the engine in your car died, but here's a coupon for a discount on a new car. i broke the screen on my blaze back in august. and i REFUSE to spend $150 for a new band (that i dont need) a new charger (that i also dont need) and packaging (that nobody needs) yet all the while fitbit DOES send out replacement pebbles, just not to anyone that that might have had an accident with theirs..
so you leave consumers with no choice but to fill their need through outside means. "but thats not covered under warranty"
fat lot of good that warranty has done them.. "here's a coupon so you can buy a brand new one for our "sale" price" (for anyone doing the math, 25% off a 200 item is 150.. same price as mothers day. black Friday, cyber Monday.. or any other special promotion they want to run)
this is a terrible business model, and it will eventually catch up to you when you piss off enough consumers, they will refuse to buy your products (like me)
and trust me, when I explain the absurdity of the situation to anyone one who asks "what happened to your watch?" they don't want to own your product either

I feel the same way, I can spend less than half on just the pebble. Who cares if it isn't warranty?
What about all the used blazes you can pick up, no warranty.
This does not bother me at all. My blaze was used from a coworker, my wife's was built from eBay, all new pieces, for less than half the price of a new one.
So, I will still be money ahead to buy another pebble if one of ours fails or breaks.

I agree. My back button had failed twice now on my blaze. The first time they covered under warranty, but this time all they gave me was 25% off. I also found the price they were discounting was higher than I would pay at a retail outlet. So not even 25% off.
I think I might go another product because fitbits customer service model is very lacking. Plus they obviously have a defective model with blaze. They should really be doing a recall and replacing them all with the new ionic or versa.
Very disappointed in a company that is inspiring us to stay healthy yet doesn't stand by their product.

Did you order a brand new one or a pre-owned one? How did it turn out for you?

Hi,
I am having problems with my pebble recently. The battery life is fluctuating wildly, the "home button" just stopped working, and now the backlight behind the screen isn't working. This all happened in about 2wks time.
I bought mine brand new 2+yrs ago and am very mindful of water around it.
I just want a new pebble, because I like this watch a lot, but that doesn't sound possible.

I just did an eBay search, there isn't any listings for just the Blaze pebble. There are several listings for new and used complete trackers. For the price of the new and used blaze, it may be time to upgrade to the Versa. I bought my wife an I Versa pebbles, bands and chargers off eBay. There are several listings for Versa 2 pebbles for $92.

Keep in mind you won't get a Fitbit Warranty buying off ebay. If that's a concern.
