Am I able to use both, the app on computer & app on my phone? When I add app back on my phone, then the App no longer will sync to my computer?

Regarding to your questions, yes, you should be able to sync your Blaze with your computer and phone. My recommendation here would be to sync it in different time and not at the same time. If the issue with syncing persist, you can take a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.

If the phone is nearby <50 feet you might have to turn the phones Bluetooth off to sync through the computer.
